Introduction
This document constitutes a legal agreement between you, as the User, and the company Lami Fiori Snc, and governs your use of the website and, in any case, the use of the provided services. “Legal agreement” means that the terms of this agreement, once accepted by the User, are binding. For simplicity, “User,” “you,” “your,” and similar terms, both singular and plural, refer to you, the User. “We,” “our,” and similar terms refer to Lami Fiori. “Contract” refers to this document, as amended from time to time. Other definitions can be found throughout this section.

To access this website, you must carefully read and accept the Contract by clicking on the specific acceptance button. If you do not accept the Contract, you cannot use the Service.

Lami Fiori offers some paid services.
The fees and conditions for paid services are indicated in the relevant section of this website.
Purchase Procedure
Each submitted order constitutes an offer to purchase the products. Orders are subject to availability and the discretionary acceptance of the Owner.
The User must select the products and complete the check-out, after carefully verifying the information contained in the order summary. The order is placed by confirming it and is subject to payment of the price, taxes, shipping, and payment fees indicated in the Order Summary form.
The Order Processing Receipt does not constitute acceptance of the order. The conclusion of the contract takes place when the Owner sends the Order Confirmation to the email address provided by the User at the time of registration. The Owner reserves the right not to confirm an order, communicating to the User at the email address associated with the purchase, the possible unavailability of one or more of the purchased products.
Payment Methods
Lami Fiori uses third-party tools for payment processing and does not come into contact with payment data, such as credit card information, provided by the User.
Any costs related to the handling of non-accepted User payments will be charged to the User.
Reservation of Ownership
Until the complete payment of the price for the ordered products, the products remain the property of the Owner.
Product Availability
Product images are purely indicative: compositions may vary depending on the availability of flowers.
Order Execution
The order will be executed within the specified timeframe indicated on the summary page and in the Order Confirmation email, subject to product availability. The Owner cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by the User due to delays in delivery that are not foreseeable by the parties at the time of sending the Order Confirmation.
Delivery
Product Delivery
Deliveries are made during regular working hours at the address provided by the User and according to the methods specified in the order summary.
The Owner cannot be held responsible for delivery errors resulting from inaccuracies or incompleteness in the order form completed by the User, or for damages that may occur to the Products after delivery.
Right of Withdrawal and Warranty
The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal as provided for in paragraphs 1 and 2 since it concerns:
a) the supply of services whose execution has begun, with the consumer’s agreement, before the expiry of the ten-day period provided for in paragraph 1;
b) the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
Cancellation / Right of Revocation of the Order
An order for flower delivery can be canceled up to two working days before the desired delivery date, indicating the order number.
Cancellation after this deadline can only be accepted exceptionally, and the refund of the order value is not guaranteed.
Cancellation requests must be sent to the email address info@lamifiori.com and simultaneously to 0286464602 during normal business hours.
Age Requirements
Users declare to be of legal age according to the applicable legislation. Under no circumstances can individuals under the age of 13 use this website.
Changes to these Terms
The Owner reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time, by giving notice to the User through publication on this website.
The User who continues to use this website after the publication of the changes accepts the new Terms without reservation.
Communications
All communications related to Lami Fiori must be sent using the contact information indicated in the Contract.
Ineffectiveness and Partial Nullity
If any clause of these Terms is found to be null, invalid, or ineffective, that clause will be removed, while the remaining clauses will not be affected and will remain fully effective.
Applicable Law and Competent Court
These Terms and all disputes related to the execution, interpretation, and validity of this contract are subject to the law and jurisdiction of the State and the exclusive competence of the Court of the place where the Owner has its registered office. The exclusive jurisdiction of the consumer shall apply, where provided by law.
Definitions:
Order Confirmation: Refers to the email that the Owner sends when confirmation of successful payment is received from the User.
Service: The service offered by Lami Fiori as described in these Terms and within this website.
Terms and Conditions (or Terms): The present general conditions of service, which constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Owner.
User: The natural or legal person who uses the Service.
